Michigan Avenue Residence Featured in Veranda
March 01, 2014

The March-April 2014 issue of Veranda featured a private residence completed by Bulley & Andrews Residential + Restoration, describing the space as “Bold Strokes: A new apartment comes alive with rich colors and period details.” B&A built out the top three floors of a 1930s high-rise on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue to create the stunning new residence, with interior design by Alessandra Branca, for its owners.

“When the ‘supportive, intellectual, deeply involve” (and fearless) owners of this grown-up Chicago apartment were ready to exchange their suburban home for something fresh and new, they didn’t settle for the usual city co-op. Instead, they opted for the three top floors, each successively smaller, of this ziggurat-shape 1930s skyscraper.”
