Rick Juneau

President

President of Bulley & Andrews Residential + Restoration, Rick specializes in bespoke residential commissions with a concentration in the Chicagoland area, Michigan, Wyoming, Florida and the Caribbean. His expertise and diverse background in luxury residential building provide a pathway for projects ranging from urban and suburban backdrops to mountain and coastal settings.

Rick has carefully guided myriad complex and award-winning projects and assembled a world-class team of project managers, tradespeople and support staff to ensure clients enjoy a singular building experience. His vast knowledge of high-end construction and intricate restoration practices has benefitted several significant historical restorations including the Richard H. Driehaus Museum and Howard Van Doren Shaw’s Radgale House.

Recognized for his penchant for details and ability to bring out the best in project teams, Rick was instrumental in the formation of B&A’s residential group in 2004, now known as Bulley & Andrews Residential + Restoration. His dedication to the art of building and commitment to collaborations with clients, architects and designers has helped produce some of the most distinctive properties across the country and abroad.

Always ready for a challenge, Rick has a knack for making what some may consider impossible, possible.

A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil/environmental engineering, Rick is a LEED-accredited professional and a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA) and the Design Leadership Network (DLN).

Ryan Stetler

Vice President

As vice president with over 20 years of industry experience, Ryan has been key to the success of some of Bulley & Andrews Residential + Restoration's most noteworthy projects. His ability to create a strong team dynamic while providing robust coordination is pivotal to his leadership in the office and in the field.

Ryan is well-versed and accomplished in all facets of project execution. He is regarded as one of the foremost authorities on material procurement, coordination and solution implementation. His breadth of experience, high degree of integrity and tireless dedication to the client and project team make him an asset to any project.

Whether working with a world-class design firm, reviewing shop drawings with a valued trade contractor or finessing project logistics with our team in the field, Ryan’s hands-on approach ensures every aspect of the project receives the attention necessary to meet our exacting standards.
